For those interested in sales, our Trainee Program offers hands‑on, on‑the‑job learning paired with mentorship to prepare you for success in customer relationships and business development.

 For individuals pursuing a career as diesel technicians, we offer multiple pathways. For students currently enrolled in diesel technology programs at technical schools, our Technician Internships provide valuable real‑world experience that complements classroom learning. If you’re a high school graduate, exiting the military, or seeking a career change, our Technician Apprenticeship Program is a great fit. It combines hands-on experience with classroom instruction led by experienced technical trainers, making it accessible to those without prior education or industry background. And once you’ve joined our team, technicians continue to benefit from ongoing training opportunities that keep skills sharp and knowledge up to date throughout their careers.

401K RETIREMENT

Ziegler offers a 401(k) and a Roth 401(k) Plan. Eligible employees receive 3% company contribution regardless of whether you participate, and also match 50% up to your first 2% of payroll; 100% vested immediately.

LIFE INSURANCE

Company paid basic life and AD&D insurance provided. Additional supplemental life insurance for employee and family members is available.

TECHNICIAN SPECIFIC BENEFITS

Ziegler supports our technicians with valuable benefits including on-going training, prescription safety glasses, safety shoe reimbursement, other needed PPE, company-paid uniforms and tool insurance.

SAFETY CULTURE

Safety is a core value that goes beyond policy. Through continuous training, company‑provided PPE, and thorough job safety assessments, we prioritize safety at every level to ensure everyone returns home safe and incident‑free each day.

PAID TIME OFF

At day one, full-time employees start accruing PTO at 15 days per calendar year, with additional increases based on years of service, and 9 paid holidays. Paid parental, funeral, jury duty and military training leave are also provided.

EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

Counseling, referral, and resources are available to help with personal, legal, and financial issues. Free and confidential, 7 days a week and 24 hours per day.

CREDIT UNION

Services include competitive saving rates and cost saving loan products with convenient payroll deductions.

HEALTH INSURANCE

Every year, we work hard to maintain the value and great level of coverage of our insurance benefits including medical, dental, vision, HSA and financial health.

DISABILITY INSURANCE

The company offers short-term disability benefits at no cost and covers 50% of the cost for long-term disability coverage, providing a strong safety net in the event of a disability.

TUITION REIMBURESEMENT

Ziegler encourages ongoing professional development by providing tuition reimbursement up to 75% of tuition with maximum of $3,000 annually for Technical/Undergraduate; $5,250 per year for Graduate level courses.
