Entry Level Technician Positions

For students currently enrolled in diesel technology programs at technical schools, our Technician Internships provide valuable real‑world experience that complements classroom learning. It combines hands-on experience with classroom instruction led by experienced technical trainers, making it accessible to those without prior education or industry background. 401K RETIREMENT
Ziegler offers a 401(k) and a Roth 401(k) Plan. Eligible employees receive 3% company contribution regardless of whether you participate, and also match 50% up to your first 2% of payroll; 100% vested immediately.

Safety is a core value that goes beyond policy. Through continuous training, company‑provided PPE, and thorough job safety assessments, we prioritize safety at every level to ensure everyone returns home safe and incident‑free each day.
PAID TIME OFF
At day one, full-time employees start accruing PTO at 15 days per calendar year, with additional increases based on years of service, and 9 paid holidays. Paid parental, funeral, jury duty and military training leave are also provided.

Ziegler encourages ongoing professional development by providing tuition reimbursement up to 75% of tuition with maximum of $3,000 annually for Technical/Undergraduate; $5,250 per year for Graduate level courses.
