Tech Wars is a hands-on, innovation-driven competition and networking
experience that brings together skilled technicians, emerging talent, and
industry partners in a high-energy, collaborative environment.
Join us at the 2027 Regional Tech Wars Competition in Des Moines,

four divisions, who come together to compete, connect, learn, and have

What rental car options are available at Des Moines International Airport (DSM)?

What parking options are available?
Guests arriving at DSM Airport can call the hotel after collecting their luggage to request a complimentary shuttle from the pickup area outside baggage claim. Guests arriving at other airports must arrange their own transportation.
Parking is available at the nearby 5th and Keo Garage for $1 per hour, up to $10 per day. Street-parking rates vary by zone and are enforced Monday–Saturday, 9 a.m.–9 p.m.; Sundays are free. Pay through the ParkDSM app or visit the City of Des Moines parking website for details.

Participants, proctors, and anyone working at a workstation must wear safety glasses, gloves, and safety-toed shoes. All other attendees must wear closed-toe shoes.
