Inspections Include:
• Greasing machine
• Operational test of monitors and electrical systems
• Safety equipment
• PTO and driveline
• Hydraulics
• Pickup and feeding operations
• Packer, cutter and stuffer components
• Belts and gearboxes
• Tie-off systems
• Net wrap or twine wrapping systems
• Axle, wheel, tire and chassis checks
• Cab, engine and powertrain checks (self-propelled windrowers)
• Fault code history review and software check
• Wear parts identified
• Detailed inspection report including photos, measurements/readings and test results
