Corporation: Must be signed by an authorized signer/officer. (Ex: President, Vice President, Secretary or Treasurer)
LLC: Must be signed by an authorized signer. (Ex: Member or Member Manager)
General Partnership or LLP: Typically two or more individuals/entities sharing ownership in a business. Each partner needs to sign the credit application and include ownership percentage.
Sole Proprietor: Typically an individual owner/operator or DBA.
Other: Does not fit any of the above options. Examples may include governmental agency, non-profit, or church. Must be signed by authorized representative
