NESHAP On-Site Evaluation Request Form

To schedule a Ziegler Power Systems On-Site NESHAP Evaluation, please fill out the form below. A Ziegler representative will then follow up to schedule a time to complete the evaluation. Please note details, customer responsibilities, and pricing below. Thank you for your interest.

Ziegler NESHAP On-Site Evaluation will include:
   1. Certified Engine technician to measure system exhaust gas temperature, backpressure, and CO levels of each engine.
   2. Evaluate site constraints and possibilities for emissions installation, including basic exhaust measurements, silencer type, insulation type, and available space, including photos.
   3. Verify status of crankcase ventilation system.
   4. Evaluation Report to include:
      a. NESHAP Rules Summary
      b. Engine performance information/data
      c. Site installation observations and recommendations
      d. Diesel Oxidation Catalyst (DOC) sizing, options and pricing
      e. Crankcase ventilation system pricing
       f. Mechanical installation recommendations
      g. Testing options
      h. Services recommendations

Customer Responsibility:
   1. Run engine during normal business hours, under normal load factor.
   2. If additional load is needed notify Ziegler Service Department for optional load banking services (additional cost).
   3. If test to be done outside normal business hours notify Ziegler Service Department to schedule optional off-hours service (additional cost).

NESHAP On-Site Evaluation Cost:
   1. $2,250 for first engine.
   2. $450 for each additional engine on site.
