Amp Your Career and Learn from the Best Are you currently enrolled in a program at one of our partner schools? You could be eligible to participate in our internship and scholarship program. Your academic standing qualifies you to receive part-time, paid, hands-on training – working alongside the best technicians in the trade, on the best equipment in the industry. And you’ll receive tuition reimbursement each semester toward the completion of your AAS degree in Advanced Caterpillar Technology.
Our Partner Schools A close proximity to our facilities allows students at Dakota County Technical College, Des Moines Area Community College, and Hibbing Community College to work part-time during the school year. Alexandria Technical College students work full-time over the summer, receiving temporary local housing accommodations during their internship.

Our recruitment representatives visit partner schools each year, explaining the program details, opportunities, requirements, and application process. Interested students can then apply to participate. We select students based on several criteria – how well the interests expressed in your applicant profile match our current need, testing results, academic standing, and a personal interview.
