Q: What is the ProTech Service and Support Program?
A: The ProTech Service and Support Program is an extended service contract. It provides four-year or 4000 hour (whichever comes first) powertrain extended service coverage on qualifying Challenger® machinery. The program also includes a loaner machine if your Challenger tractor or combine experiences a powertrain failure.
