Trimble SCS900 is compatible with Trimble 5700, 5800, and MS750 GPS receivers, SiteNet 450, 900, and TRIMMARK 3 radios, and TSCe Color and ACU controllers.

If the base station is already set up and running, the SCS900 rover can use the broadcast data from the base.  If the equipment is other than that listed above SCS900 will be unable to start as a base or rover.

If the base station is using e.g. a Pacific Crest radio, provided that it is running and broadcasting in TrimTalk mode, SCS900 will operate as a rover. SCS900 does not support the configuration and initialization of any radio other than those listed explicitly above.
