Trimble SCS900 will compute volumes of stockpiles in addition to cut and fill volumes between the current site surface and a referenced design or previously measured surface. The volumes computed can have a shrink or swell factor applied and are reported on screen while in the field and logged to the report file.
All measured data and reports generated can be printed and reviewed easily on return to the office. For a gridded cut and fill report, users can adopt Trimble Terramodel, Trimble Sitework, or a similar product from a third party vendor to provide reporting capability.
