GCS500 Grade
Control System
Cross-Slope Control |
- Cross-slope control system performs fine grading
- AS400 sensors feature 100 percent slope capability
- Use two AS400 sensors and one RS400 rotational sensor to calculate cross-slope
- Operator selects which side of the blade is controlled and switches sides on the return pass
- Ideal for road maintenance and construction, embankments, and ditches
- Completely upgradeable system

Trimble
GCS600 Grade
Control System Cross-Slope and Elevation Control |
- Includes all features of the GCS500
- Add an LR410 laser receiver or an ST300 sonic tracer to provide elevation control
- ST300 sonic uses a physical reference like a curb and gutter, stringline, or an existing or previous pass as an elevation reference
- Use one or two LR410 laser receivers for fine-grading surfaces
- Controls lift to an accuracy of 3.6 millimeters (0.01 to 0.02 feet)
- Ideal for tight tolerances and finished grade work
- Use on applications like housing and building site pads, road and highway construction, runways, embankments, and ditches

Cross-Slope
for Motor Graders
|
- The basic system automatically controls the slope of the blade to maintain desired cross-slope

Cat AccuGrade
Sonic
for Motor Graders
|
- Single sonic sensor gives you a blade reading for one side of the blade
- When two sonic sensors are used, the system provides automatic elevation control to either side of the blade
- Using only one sensor at a time makes it easy to change direction and switch sides of the blade without relocating sensors
- Sensor locks onto and traces stringline, previous pass, curb and gutter, existing road surface, or previous cut
- Select manual mode (for rough grading) or automatic mode (for fine grading)
|
Cat AccuGrade
Laser
for Motor Graders |
- Delivers precise grade control with tight tolerances
- System makes automatic adjustments and provides blade control to one (single laser) or both sides (dual laser) of the blade
- Single or dual control controls lift or tilt of machine blade, or both, depending on system configuration
- Select manual mode (for rough grading) or automatic mode (for fine grading)

3D Grade Control Streamlines the Job
Combine grading, surveying, and design into one process and replace stakes and string lines with digital data. Three-dimensional grade control compares the coordinates of the machine blade to a preloaded digital terrain model, calculates elevation and cross-slope, and automatically moves the blade to the correct cut or fill position. You can see real-time grade and slope information along with blade position on the cab display.
